If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products and would like a refund or exchange, please return them to us within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned unused and in a saleable condition with proof of purchase in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for postage cost of returned goods. We suggest that you use recorded delivery as the goods are your responsibility until they arrive safely at our address.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty or damaged, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND IN ANY CASE within 14 days of receipt by email ( info@agatATREASURES.com) and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY THAT THE PARCEL IS NOT DAMAGED WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT. IN CASE THE PARCEL IS DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT, PLEASE SIGN THE COURIER NOTE AS "DAMAGED" AND CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND IN ANY CASE WITHIN 14 DAYS.
