If goods are in stock we will dispatch them to you as soon as possible, generally the next working day. If they are out of stock, we will notify you of the expected delivery date, usually 3/4 weeks.
Please keep in mind that all our products are handmade in Sicily in small quantities and this may affect our stock levels.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, you can return them for an exchange or full refund. Goods must be returned within 14 days from invoice date. All items must be returned un-used and in a saleable condition with proof of purchase within all the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for postage cost of returned goods. We suggest that you use recorded delivery as the goods are your responsibility until they arrive safely at our address.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of receipt by email ( firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement.
It is your responsibility to verify that the parcel is not damaged when you receive it. In case the parcel is damaged upon receipt, please sign the courier note as "damaged" and contact us as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days.
If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched you may do so by sending us an email at email@example.com quoting your name and order number.
