The design for this stunning vase comes from an original idea of the artisan-ceramist. It is made from clay, crafted and decorated by hand, using the colours typical of the ancient Sicilian tradition, copper green and ochre yellow.  It depictsFederico II,Holy Roman Emperor and King of Sicily.
