Federician Queen ^Sale

The design for this wonderful vase comes from an original idea of the artisan-ceramist. It is made from clay, crafted and decorated by hand, using the colours typical of the ancient Sicilian tradition, copper green and ochre yellow.  It depicts COSTANZA D'ARAGONA, wife of Federico II, who was Queen of Sicily from 1208 to 1222.

Both Roberta and Agata have journeyed across Sicily in search of one-of-a-kind hand-made Sicilian ceramics and jewellery.
